Exhibitors, competitions, give aways, race pack collections: This years expo has it all – best you be there!

12 October 2023, Johannesburg – The People’s Race is just around the corner and as a result, the exhibition is hot property for those brands wanting a penetration and presence into the world of running. Held every year, the exhibition will officially declare the 28th edition of the African Bank Soweto Marathon ‘Open’, come 09h00 on Thursday 2 November 2023.

For both Thursday and Friday the expo will remain open until 19h00, catering for those only able to attend after work. Saturday 4 November, the expo will open at 08h30 and close at 18h00. Last year’s biggest one day race, has now confirmed a jam-packed Soccer City exhibition hall, offering fantastic opportunities for running and related companies to showcase their products and services to a large and diverse audience.

Soweto Marathon Trust spokesperson Thokozani Mazibuko says that this expo serves as a platform for companies to exhibit their products, activate and promote their brands, and introduce new offerings.

Filling your belly whilst you wander, will be done courtesy of Kelloggs, who will be promoting the latest Kellogg’s All Bran Flake and All Bran Oat Crunch.
