Race Workshops

Continuing from the past, in 2023 we are on a mission to empower the novice runners with knowledge that will enable them to “Dare to Run Your OWN Race. The Soweto Marathon Trust, in conjunction with its partners, is proud and excited to host the 4th African Bank Soweto Marathon Runners’ FREE workshops.

The Dare to Run Your Own Race Runners Workshops are an informative session and a value add for the participants, who can expect to gain information on a variety of topics related to running in general and the African Bank Soweto Marathon specifically. Targeted at those that will be running the marathon for the first time.
